Executive (Finance & Accounts)- Retail Business

Job Context

• Unit Name: Texmart Trading Company Ltd.
• Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailer in Bangladesh with brand like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men and Women.

Job Responsibilities

• Bank Payment Voucher and all kind of Journal voucher posting to Tally software.
• Product costing of local purchases, own production and Import purchase.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Daily sales invoice checking and monitoring of Sales Software.
• Reconciliation of physical stock with sales software & Tally software.
• Goods receiving posting to sales software (Local & Import purchases and factory production)
• Payment Voucher, Journal Voucher, MRR posting.
• Head office & factory petty cash checking
• Prepare Sales Incentive Report
• Prepare monthly Stock Report & Checking
• All Branches/Showroom Sales, Replacement Checking
• Have to visit shop location inside Dhaka on a regular basis to ensure and implement all company set standard of retail operation.
• Responsible for documentation and safety of financial documents of Accounts.
• Maintain sub-system and/or subsidiary ledger functions and perform reconciliations with general ledger accounts
• Carry out inventory audit from time to time.
• Any other task assign by management.

Educational Requirements

• Masters/ MBA in Accounting.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Finance/ Accounts
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Boutique/ Fashion, Chain shop, Furniture Manufacturer, Retail Store

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Minimum 3 to 7 years' experience in similar or related responsibility
• Good Knowledge of Media Soft data systems and Tally Software.
• Must have strong command over any accounting software specially Tally and ERP
• Microsoft Excel and Access: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office application is a must.
• Must have excellent communication ability, both verbal and written.
• Dynamic decision maker and responsive/active to company directions.
• Commitment to work as a team player
